For almost 25 years Ken Bartel and his family have owned and operated Royal Loan.

Ken and his son Ethan (2nd and 3rd generation pawnbrokers) run the daily operations. Ethan is a graduate of the prestigious GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and a certified Glock armorer. Ken has over 20 years in the industry, and understands that great customer service is the bedrock of good business.
