Ken and his son Ethan (2nd and 3rd generation pawnbrokers) run the daily operations. Ethan is a graduate of the prestigious GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and a certified Glock armorer. Ken has over 20 years in the industry, and understands that great customer service is the bedrock of good business.
